Event Reschedulement
The Speakmans - Make Your Life Fantastic / Think Yourself Slim
 (The Four Seasons Hotel – 5 & 6 June, 2010)

Angela Cummins Limited officially announced that unfortunately Nik and Eva Speakman are unable to make it to Hong Kong in time for the event this weekend. This is due to the unforeseen cancellation of their British Airways flight as a result of the current strikes taking place in the UK. Angela Cummins Limited would like to apologize for any inconvenience caused and is pleased to announce that a flight has been secured allowing the event to be rescheduled to Saturday 21st August (Make your life fantastic) and Sunday 22nd August (Think yourself Slim).

Ticket holders may choose one of the following options:

1. Attend the events on the rescheduled dates. Tickets are valid for the re-scheduled event on Saturday 21st August (Make your life fantastic) and Sunday 22nd August (Think yourself Slim). However patrons must present the original hard tickets at the door for entry. OR

2. Request for a full refund by the following arrangement.

Refund Procedure (Starting 4 June, 2010)
i) Bring along the tickets to the HK Ticketing Box Office at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre during business hours (Monday – Saturday, 11am – 7pm and Closed on Sunday and Public Holiday).

ii) Complete a Refund Application Form.

iii) Return the completed Form to Box Office staff with tickets on or before 2 July, 2010 (Fri).

iv) Full refund will be automatically deposited to the same Credit Card account used for ticket purchase within 30 days starting from the date of such refund application.

v) Any Refund request received after 2 July, 2010 will not be processed.

Enchanced Credit Card Verification

To enhance the safety and security of online ticketing transactions and to give ticket holder the added assurance when making payments over the internet, HK Ticketing has activated the card verification procedures of "Verified by Visa (VBV)" and "MasterCard SecureCode Service". Payment by means of "Visa Card" or "Master Card" will then require the purchaser's input of personal Password.

For this reason, please activate the verification procedure of your existing credit card via your card issuer in advance, in order to obtain the necessary password for future transactions.
